注塑加工过程中温度过高如何处理

众所周知,注塑加工过程中,温度是一个相当关键的因素,它的高低将直接影响到注塑加工件的质量,因此,各个注塑加工企业都对注塑加工温度有一套为有用的管理办法。
As we all know, in the process of injection molding, temperature is a key factor, and its level will directly affect the quality of injection molded parts. Therefore, all injection molding enterprises have a set of useful management methods for injection molding temperature.
那么,注塑加工温度过高到底都有哪些坏处呢?我们又该如何处理温度过高的问题呢?下面我们便来简单了解下。

1、使机械产生热变形:液压元件中热胀系数不同的运动部件因其配合见习变小而卡死,引起动作失灵、影响液压系统的传动精度,导致部件工作质量变差。
1. Make the machine produce thermal deformation: the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficient in the hydraulic components get stuck because of their smaller cooperation, causing action failure, affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and leading to the deterioration of the working quality of the parts.

2、使油的粘度降低:注塑机温升过高将导致油的粘度降低,泄漏增加,泵的容积效率和整个系统的效率会显著降低。由于油的粘度降低,滑阀等移动部件的油膜变薄和被切破,摩擦阻力增 大,导致磨损加剧。
2. Reduce the viscosity of the oil: too high temperature rise of the injection molding machine will lead to the decrease of the viscosity of the oil, the increase of the leakage, the volume efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will be significantly reduced. Due to the decrease of oil viscosity, the oil film of slide valve and other moving parts becomes thinner and broken, and the friction resistance increases, which leads to the increase of wear.
3、使橡胶密封件变形:注塑机温升过高会使橡胶密封件变形,加速老化失效,降低密封性能及使用寿命,造成泄漏。
3. Deformation of rubber seal: too high temperature rise of injection molding machine will deform rubber seal, accelerate aging failure, reduce sealing performance and service life, and cause leakage.
4、加速油液氧化变质:注塑机温升过高会加速油液氧化变质,析出沥青物质,降低液压油的使用寿命。析出物堵塞阻尼小孔和缝隙式阀口,导致压力阀卡死而不能动作、金属管路伸长而弯曲,甚至破裂等。

Accelerated oil oxidation deterioration: too high temperature rise of injection molding machine will accelerate oil oxidation deterioration, precipitate asphalt substance, reduce the service life of hydraulic oil. The precipitates block the small damping holes and gap type valve ports, resulting in the pressure valve stuck and unable to act, the metal pipeline extended and bent, and even cracked.
5、导致部件工作质量变差:注塑机温升过高会导致部件工作质量变差,油中溶解空气逸出,致使液压系统工作性能降低。
5. Poor working quality of components: too high temperature rise of injection molding machine will lead to poor working quality of components, and dissolved air in oil will escape, which will reduce the working performance of hydraulic system.
6、冷 却器水垢大,堵塞冷 却水道、附着水道壁引起的冷 却效果差,引起油温高、影响生产,溶胶不下料,严重是射胶油缸密封系统不好,密封圈发热,变形,导致漏油。

The cooler scale is large, the cooling effect caused by blocking the cooling water channel and adhering to the water channel wall is poor, resulting in high oil temperature, affecting production, and no cutting of sol. The serious problem is that the sealing system of rubber injection cylinder is not good, the sealing ring is heated and deformed, resulting in oil leakage.
7、模具水流道和分水块水垢后会引起模具的冷 却效果很差,导致不好品增多,生产效率变低,而且清理困难。
